Parts work happens on two levels at once. One is guiding the client into a relationship with their parts. The other is getting more intimate with our own. You can't do the first without the second.
In this session we meet the part that gets in our way most as facilitators: the inner critic. Not to silence it, but to find out what it's protecting, and which gift it might be disguising.
And through that, we will come into a deeper understanding of how to work with a client's parts, through our work with our own inner critic.
If you're coming for tools, please come. But tools only go so far without the humility to transform and become more whole.
